- Article 1 (Purpose)
- The purpose of these Terms of Use is to prescribe the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters provided by SAEACO (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
- Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms of Use)

- 1. These Terms of Use take effect by notifying the user.
- 2. The contents of these Terms of Use shall be posted within the service screen and announced through Company's online notice if there are any changes to the Terms of Use.
- 3. Company may amend these Terms of Use if deemed necessary, and the changed Terms of Use shall take effect in the same way as paragraph (1).
- Article 3 (Rules other than Application of Terms of Use)

- 1. These Terms of Use apply in conjunction with the use regulations and separate Terms of Use for the services provided by Company.
- 2. In case that matters not specified in these Terms of Use are prescribed in the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, it shall be in accordance with the regulations.
- Article 4 (Definition)
- The terms used in this Terms of Use are defined as follows:

- 1. The term "user" means an individual member and a corporate member who accesses the "web-site" and receives services provided by the "web-site" pursuant to these Terms of Use.
- 2. The term "subscription" means the act of subscribing the relevant information to the application form provided by Company and completing the service contract by agreeing to these terms of Use.
- 3. The term "member" means a user who has registered as a member by providing personal and corporate information on the "web-site" and who is continuously provided with information on the "web-site" and who can continue to use the service.
- 4. The term "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers applied by a member and approved by Company for identification of members and service use by members.
- 5. The term "password" means a combination of characters and numbers selected by the user himself/herself to verify that the user matches the member ID and to protect his/her password in communication.
- 6. The term "withdrawal" means the act of terminating a contract by a member.
- 7. Terms not defined in these Terms of Use are defined in the separate Terms of Use and the Regulations for Use of Individual Services.
- Article 5 (Member Qualification and Application for Use)

- 1. Membership registration takes place after the user agrees to these Terms of Use and responds to the prescribed registration procedures required by Company.
- 2. Company provides a free membership ID when a new member joins, and applicants for service use must apply for use under their real names.
- 3. Membership registration is established with the consent of Company to use the user's application and the consent of the user's Terms of Use.
- 4. After the user's membership registration, the applicants with the applicable conditions will be shown a screen informing them of the registration online as soon as they apply.
- Article 6 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification)

- 1. In cases falling under any of the following sub-paragraphs, membership may be restricted and suspended:
- A. When an application is made by stealing the name of another person;
- B. When the details of the application for use contract are falsely stated or false documents are attached;
- C. When an application is made for the purpose of hindering the well-being or good customs of society;
- D. When another person interferes with the use of our services or steals such information;
- E. In case of taking actions prohibited by Acts and subordinate statutes and these Terms of Use using our web-site;
- F. When other requirements for application for use prescribed by Company are insufficient;
- Article 7 (The Provision and Use of Services)

- 1. In principle, the use of the service shall be 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special disruption to Company's business or technology.
- 2. Company may stop providing services in any of the following cases:
- A. Where it is unavoidable for the maintenance of the system;
- B. Where a telecommunications business operator suspends telecommunications services during the period prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act;
- C. Where any other reason arises that Company is unable to provide services;
- 3. The services we provide are as follows, and the details of the service can be notified to the user and provided by changing the service specified below.

- B. All other services developed by Company itself or provided through cooperative contracts with other companies;
- Article 8 (Consent to the Use of Membership Information)

- 3. A member's application for use under these Terms of Use shall be deemed to agree with Company to collect, use and provide the member information listed in the application in accordance with these Terms of Use).
- Article 9 (User Information Security)

- 1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered from the moment the applicant completes our service subscription process, and you are responsible for any consequences arising from the use of your ID and password.
- 2. The member shall be responsible for all management of the ID and password, and if he/she finds that the member's ID or password has been used illegally, he/she shall immediately report it to us. All responsibility for not reporting lies with the member himself/herself.
- 3. The user shall terminate the connection exactly at the end of each use of our service, and Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the use of information about you by the three parties.
- Article 10 (The Provision of Information and the Publication of Advertisements)

- Article 12 (Obligation and Responsibility of Company)

- 1. The ownership and operation of the service is in Company.
- 2. Company shall not divulge, disclose, or distribute the personal information of the members obtained in connection with the service to others without prior consent, and shall not use it for commercial purposes other than those related to the service. However, exceptions shall be made in cases under related statutes and for investigative purposes.
- Article 13 (Duty of Members)

- 1. The members shall comply with the matters notified by Company, such as the relevant statutes, the provisions of these Terms of Use, instructions for use, and precautions, and shall not interfere with Company's affairs.
- 2. The member shall not engage in any profit-making activities by using the service without the prior consent of Company.
- 3. The member shall not copy, duplicate, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or provide information obtained using the service to others without prior consent from Company.
- 4. The member shall not engage in any of the following acts related to the use of the service:
- A. You fraudulently use the ID of another member.
- B. An act for the purpose of a criminal act or related to other criminal acts;
- C. Where good customs or other social order is harmed;
- D. An act of defaming or insulting others;
- E. An act that violates the rights of another person's intellectual property, etc.;
- F. Hacking or spreading computer viruses
- G. The act of sending certain information, such as advertising information, against the will of others;
- H. Changes to information posted on Company’s web-site
- I. Any act that interferes with or is likely to interfere with the stable operation of the service;
- J. Other acts in violation of the relevant statutes;
- Article 14 (Change of Member Information)

- 1. If there is a change in member information (address, e-mail address, etc.), the member shall immediately notify the web-site operated by Company and modify it.
- 2. The member shall be solely responsible for the failure to notify or correct any changes made to the member, which may be the reason for the suspension or termination of the service.
- Article 15 (Delete of A Post or Content)
- Company may delete the postings or contents of the service without prior notice or consent if they violate the regulations or exceed Company's prescribed posting period.
- Article 16 (Termination of Contracts and Restrictions on Use)

- 1. When a member intends to terminate a service contract, he/she shall file an application with Company one day before the date he/she intends to terminate through service or e-mail (provided that the termination date is a legal holiday, up to two days before the commencement of the holiday).
- 2. Company may terminate the service contract if a member violates the Terms of Use and fails to terminate the contract within the specified period of Company.
- 3. Company may restrict or suspend members who violate the contract without prior consent.
- 4. Company shall have the right to suspend or terminate the service in connection with the use that does not match the member's contract and acts in violation of the law.
- Article 17 (Compensation)
- Company shall not be liable for any loss to the members in connection with the service provided free of charge, except in the case of serious negligence of Company.
- Article 18 (Escape Clause)

- 1. If Company is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or an irresistible force, it shall be exempted from responsibility for suspension of service provision.
- 2. Company shall avoid responsibility for any disruption to the use of the service due to attributable reasons of the users.
- 3. Company shall avoid liability for damages caused by information obtained by the user using the service.
- 4. Company shall avoid responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of the information provided through the service network provided by Company.
- 5. Company avoids responsibility for the contents of data posted or transmitted by the user.
- Supplementary Provision 1.
- (Effective Date) These Terms of Use shall come into effect on 01 February 2021.
